Press and brand kit

Everything a journalist, partner or event organiser needs to write about CardSnap. You may use these files as they are, without asking us first, as long as you follow the guidelines below.

The kit contains logo files, the brand guidelines, a one page media fact sheet and product screenshots.

What CardSnap is

CardSnap turns a photograph of a business card into a clean, searchable contact in about twenty seconds, then remembers the relationship: what you discussed, what you promised, and when to follow up. It is built for people who network in person across Asia, so the reader is tuned for ASEAN phone formats, the interface runs in 28 languages, and voice notes understand how people actually speak, including Manglish and Singlish.

It is not a customer relationship system for a sales team. It is a personal contact memory for the person holding the cards.

Brand guidelines

  • Write the name as CardSnap, one word, capital C and capital S. Never Cardsnap, Card Snap or CARDSNAP in body text.
  • Keep clear space around the mark of at least a quarter of its width, and never place it on a busy photograph.
  • Do not stretch, rotate, recolour or add effects to the mark, and do not separate the CS monogram from its rounded square.
  • On dark backgrounds use the mark as supplied. It carries its own background, so no inverted version is needed.
  • Use CardSnap Blue for the primary colour. Amber is an accent only, never a background for long text.
  • Describe CardSnap as a business card scanner and contact memory, not as a CRM.
