CardSnap is operated by Matthew Leonard Barsing, trading as CardSnap.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with CardSnap Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

How to ask for a refund

Web purchases are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at hello@cardsnap.asia and we will help. Purchases made in the Android app are refunded through Google Play.

After a refund

Your account returns to the Free plan. Every contact you saved is kept and you can export it at any time.
